Saint-Côme
is a small village. It's main winding street is decorated with nice ice
sculptures for the winter festival: "Saint-Côme en Glace" (Saint-Côme in Ice).
Nearby is the Assomption Welcome Center, wichis the entrance to "Parc
national du Mont-Tremblant" (Mont-Tremblant National Park). Not far away
there is "Val Saint-Côme ski station" wich is one of the most
important ski center in Quebec. Saint-Côme is also very popular with snow
mobiles. This village, with it's 1989 persons, has many sights like "les
Chutes à Bull" (Bull's waterfalls), the Swaggin and Assomption River path is
ideal for canoeing and kayaking. There is a musical center for advanced
students, virtuosoes, aged from 9 to 16. In this wonderful surrounding they
can also fish and go horse riding.
